參考價 ≠ 要約
頁面顯示嘅價錢為參考價／參考合計，唔構成具約束力嘅要約或固定報價。最終價錢、範圍、工期以店主確認為準。平台唔係買賣一方。
店主責任（硬條款）
1. 你對報價項目、參考價、說明、聯絡方式嘅真實性同更新全權負責。
2. 你保證上載內容真實、合法、唔侵權、唔誤導。
3. 因報價錯誤、工程糾紛、客人爭議引起嘅索償，由店主承擔。
4. 唔好收集／要求兒童提供個人資料作帳戶用途。
5. 首次發佈前你必須確認已閱讀並同意本條款同私隱政策。
6. 本服務唔代收工程款／訂金；語氣為查詢／傾價，唔係平台落單確認。
客人
你用公開連結即明白所示為參考價；最終以店主確認為準。查詢／傾價經店主 WhatsApp 直接完成。
可接受使用
禁止：違法、詐騙、垃圾、惡意軟件、侵犯他人權利、冒充、爬取濫用、用我哋商標誤導為 WhatsApp 官方。浮水印同品牌標示唔好移除（免費版）。
商標
「WhatsApp」係 Meta 商標。本服務僅以技術連結方式打開 WhatsApp；品牌名「報單／QuoteLink」同 Meta 無關。唔准用 WhatsApp／Meta logo 做你嘅品牌。
收費
Free（浮水印＋可掛廣告）· Pro HK$48／月 · 買斷 HK$480（1 店／1 公開連結；唔構成終身保證）。退款／支援：bodetechnologyhk@gmail.com。
免責
服務「按現狀」提供。喺法律允許下，營運者唔對間接損失、利潤損失、資料遺失負責；直接責任上限＝你過去 12 個月付畀我哋嘅費用（免費用戶＝0）。
終止
我哋可因違約、違法或濫用暫停／終止帳戶。你可隨時停用同要求刪戶。
改條款
網站公布後生效。爭議先善意協商；否則交香港法院。

What the service is
We provide a public quote-item page and short link. After guests pick items, an official wa.me link opens their messaging app with items and a reference total prefilled. We are not WhatsApp/Meta. We do not collect payment, act as escrow, or guarantee a shop reply or job outcome.
Reference price ≠ offer
Prices shown are reference prices / a reference total, not a binding offer or fixed quote. Final price, scope, and timeline are confirmed by the shop. The platform is not a party to the sale.
Shop owner responsibilities (hard terms)
1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy and updates of quote items, reference prices, descriptions, and contact details.
2. You warrant that uploaded content is true, lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading.
3. Claims arising from quote errors, job disputes, or customer disputes are borne by the shop owner.
4. Do not collect or require children's personal data for account purposes.
5. Before first publish you must confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
6. This service does not collect job payments or deposits; the tone is inquire / negotiate, not a platform order confirmation.
Customers
By using a public link you understand amounts shown are reference prices; final quote is confirmed by the shop. Inquire / negotiate directly via the shop's WhatsApp.
Acceptable use
Prohibited: illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, infringement, impersonation, abusive scraping, or using our marks to imply you are an official WhatsApp service. Do not remove the watermark or brand marks on the free plan.
Trademarks
"WhatsApp" is a Meta trademark. This service only opens WhatsApp via a technical link. The brand "報單 / QuoteLink" is unrelated to Meta. Do not use WhatsApp/Meta logos as your brand.
Fees
Free (watermark + optional ads) · Pro HK$48 / month · Buyout HK$480 (1 shop / 1 public link; not a lifetime guarantee). Refunds / support: bodetechnologyhk@gmail.com.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss; direct liability is capped at fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (HK$0 for free users).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, illegality, or abuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion anytime.
Changes
Changes take effect when published on the site. Disputes: good-faith negotiation first; otherwise Hong Kong courts.
